For me this is a bit like first day at a new school, where you're hoping to see some familiar faces and make new friends!
I know I need to invest time looking to see who's here and getting to know what people do and how that helps others and that here is where we introduce oursleves.
So, what do I do? Please see if this gives you an idea or whether I need to explain it better.
My background is in training gentle communication techniques (mainly to those who aren't comfortable with selling
- There's the guy who's great at helping folks see that they HAVE a choice - if they want to change things - and getting communities to work together
A chiropractor who is moving from treating sickness to creating wellbeing
A surgeon whose speciality is drastically cutting hospital waiting times and improving the patient experience
Someone who has spearheaded turning the lives of long term criminal offenders around
And we can create the best team to help business owners turn ailing companies around and put the fun and achievement back in...
Much of my role is drawing out what's wanted, evaluating it's importance and the effort it will take - is it going to be worth it? If it is, we get practical about how we're going to make it happen. If it's not, that's cool, too because you've eliminated a pipe dream and can concentrate on what really IS worth the effort
