Merry Christmas Lynda.
So far calm for me - we are having Xmas Dinner & then evening with Claire's family, and then come home to have Indian Takeaway with my kids on Boxing Day. It makes a big difference to the shopping - no scrummaging to get a turkey etc etc. It's my job to do the Xmas shopping, so next year I'll be in the supermarkets for 05:00, but this year it's nice & easy, I just go after everyone else has gone, and accept that they have sold out of Turkeys!

As it happens I couldn't get any yellow roses (specified on my list) or any roses of any colour, or any yellow flowers ........ life's a bitch!
So enough of 1st world problems!

I haven't sent Xmas cards, but I must remember to phone a friend of my mother who has no children. Xmas Day alone can be a long lonely day, time to look out for someone who may not have the same wonderful day that we all have.
Wishing everyone a wonderful day!
