Harlequin Property

There has been previous litigation between Harlequin Property and The Guardian Newspaper & Singing Pig Forum. Finally the libel court case between Ames and Harlecon is beginning to present it's evidence, and the submissions to the court are available for interested parties to read:

Remember that these documents are not tested evidence, or proof of any wrong doing by Harlequin Property. They merely represent a statement by HP's accountants as to why they ceased to act for HP as part of their defence to a libel claim by directors of HP. The evidence that they present makes it very difficult to see the HP projects as anything other than a Ponzi scheme, so presumably we will shortly see Ames evidence proving their accountants were wrong.

The case was settled out of court last year.
