eBay's DotD has returned with a couple of dramatic reductions on games for the PS2 & PS3, good value if you have one.

But todays Boffer looks a great one to me! Binatone B350 Sat Nav for £33 - cheapest on eBay is £80, cheapest elsewhere is £60.

Of course that was yesterday's DotD from eBay. Today there is a rather nifty set of glass scales for £10 delivered - looks a good deal to me, if they were guaranteed to show a lower weight than the set I've got I'd do it.

I like Casio cameras & this is a current model (November), £15 cheaper than Amazon, with a Camera case (£15) thrown in.

I wish I wanted a camera - this looks a genuine good bargain to me. It got good reviews even though it is bottom of the range.

Sold out already...

If it had been wrist support, I would have been more interested (RSI in the past) 8-)

Having spent so much time decluttering over the past year or so, I'm determined to avoid free stuff that isn't going to get used - how boring is that! I had to have a nose though anyway :P

Drat - guess who just bought one at the weekend

I got mine from QVC, it was a TSV at the weekend  I'm sure it wasn't the cheapest around, but I plugged it in earlier and it seems to be doing it's stuff as advertised :)

I'm not sure what QVC & TSV are. What did you buy & pay? I got a 2T one from Boffer for £110ish so maybe that DotD isn't so great after all.

QVC is a shopping TV channel, Nick - the TSV or Today's Special Value is their equivalent of the ebay DOTD, although they've been doing it for rather longer ;)

The one I got is here http://www.qvcuk.com/ukqic/qvcapp.aspx/app.detail/params.item.563442 - TSV price was £119.88, split over 2 months on easy pay.

I'm sure it wasn't the cheapest, but it does seem very straightforward, and if I don't like it I can send it back within 30 days, even though I've used it. I did google it before buying and Clickfree had some reasonable reviews.

I had a Maxtor hard drive before from Dell, but that packed up a few weeks ago.

I don't need any speakers, but if I did I would buy these:

Imagine Sound `Desk Sound` Photo Frame Speakers - £13.99
Image

They were retailing at £60 & the cheapest I can find them is £17 (then £14.37) PLUS delivery - but they sold out.

These are £14 including delivery.

Amazing Car Deals if you want to take advantage of dealers shifting stock to meet their targets.

  • Brand New Cars at 15% discount to list price PLUS
  • Finance at 4.9% PLUS
  • £1500 Deposit paid on the finance for you

So for instance this is the quote for the Golf Match 1.4 (122ps) petrol 5dr in solid paint I am thinking of buying:

  • Dealer Price £19,915 + on the road price.
  • Buy it discounted for "On the Road" of £17,217 (that's saving £1898)
  • Take the VW Deposit £1500 added in leaves £15,717 to finance
  • 35 monthly payments of £286.08 based on 10,000 miles/year
  • 3 years later if I want to keep the car I pay £7,245, or hand back to a VW dealer and as long as car is within mileage and no damage/refurbishment needed then I walk away from it with no extra charge.

This is where I found the deal, none of the above is financial advice, or connected to me in any way, just somewhere I'm thinking of buying from, I buy a £20K+ car over 3 years no money up front & it costs me <£17.5K, most of it in 3 years time - you can see why it got my attention!
