Contacting Sky

Postby Nick » Mon Jul 01, 2013 2:35 am

I remember commiserating with someone over the difficulty of contacting Sky and getting bouncing e-mails ....

Well I'm trying mailing Stephen van Rooyen, Managing Director, Sales and Marketing stephenvanrooyen@customersupport.com

That email address bounces too, so I am writing complaining about this to:

I'm still waiting for a reply to a complaint I sent in October 2010 so don't hold your breath, Nick.

https://contactus.sky.com/tv/complaints ... complaints

or

( and I pinched this one ) Google "uk SKY managers" pick 1 at random and email firtname.lastname@bskyb.com

this reminds me of the time I wanted to complain and was told we never get complaints so we don't have a complaints department - one way to make sure you don't get complaints I suppose
